Standard shipping times may be delayed by the shipping Carrier UPS/FEDEX/USPS. While the shipping carrier will make every effort to deliver within the specific shipping times, Backdrops Banners, and the shipping carriers cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Both Backdrops Banners, and Shipping carriers will not issue refunds on delayed or missing packages from Shipping Carrier.
